A highly popular lecturer and the author of hundreds of employee benefit related publications and programs, Ms. Stamer is nationally and internationally recognized for her more than 17 years experience advising health and other employee benefit plans, their sponsors, fiduciaries, and services providers, and others about a diverse range of employee benefit and related matters.
